How to order a book?

Start from locating a proper section - books are sorted by series and numbers within series. Look on the left: there are links to lists of books in every series. Click "add to shopping cart" link by the book you would like to order, then specify how many copies you need. Until your order is finalized, it can be changed at any time: one can remove book from the cart or change number of copies. You can check what is in the cart and total amount of order by clicking "cart" at the bottom of the page.

How to finalize my order?

When you are ready to send us an order click "send order" at the bottom of shopping cart page. A form will appear where some data necessary to process your order should be entered. Please write down your name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number and an address where the books should be send to. Please choose country of destination and way of dispatch from a list below. Then click "send order". When we get your order you will receive via e-mail letter with confirmation and our sales person will contact you about payment.

How much do I pay?

Total amount = sum of (book price * number of copies) + P&P costs, which depend on country of destination and way of dispatch. Please note that sending books via air is more expensive, although you get your books much faster.
We accept most credit cards or bank transfer. Please make your order and wait for our salesperson to contact you regarding payment. We are sorry for this unconvenience. Please do not send your credit card number in e-mail message (for safety reasons).

How long does it take to get the books?

We send books as soon as we receive the payment (usually on the same day). Please allow 2 weeks for delivery via airmail, 4-5 weeks via surface mail (depending on country of destination).

The parcel I got is damaged. What to do?

Although it is not likely, if there is anything wrong with the books you received (wrong title, wrong number of copies, damaged books, etc.) please contact our sales manager and we will do what is necessary to solve the problem.
