The book decribes in detail naval operations of UN armed forces in Korean war. These played main role in succesful landings and creating base conditions for setting south part of Korean Peninsula free of Chinese-Korean forces. Naval, ground and air operations carried out in 1950-53 are included. Several appendices give inter alia a complete list of ships which took part in the war. The book was written by specialists - Polish Navy officers, research workers of Polish Navy Academy in Gdynia.
