This book shows the rise of Polish underwater fleet before World War II, as well as the activities on the Polish coast after the war broke out. It describes sensational escapes of ships: "Orzeł" and "Wilk" from the Baltic Sea to England after the end of their mission at that sea and their further actions side by side with Royal Navy. Beside that one can find a description of activities of the ships acquired by the Polish Navy during World War II.
